PJSC Surgutneftegaz, one of the leading oil companies on the Russian market, has started a global rebranding of its retail network of gas stations.
On the basis of the corporate identity constants provided by the customer, including the logo and corporate colors, Etalon LLC. performed the function of an operator to develop a completely new concept of the exterior design of the gas station network, combining the creative and production components of the process, in this large-scale project.
The design was developed by the architects of our company in a consortium with the leading architect company "Three D's" (UK, London), with the personal participation of its founder and creative director Mr. David Davis, known in the Russian market for the development of brand concepts of the largest VIOC companies such as "Lukoil", "Rosneft", "Gazpromneft", "Bashneft", "Alliance".
The driver of the fuel group design concept was an innovative approach to lighting the ceiling under a canopy. In combination with the laconic forms of the canopy fascia, supported by the unique geometric shapes of the columns, the strob lines create a single balanced compositional solution, which is organically complemented by the original shape of the totem and the signs of entry and exit.
The technique of using intersecting geometric lines is also reflected in the design of the side facades of the operator's building. At the same time, the use of wooden panels with pictorials of cafes and services, as well as photo panels on the facades give warm and friendly notes necessary for the image of a modern retail network of gas stations.
