As a leader in the market of construction and cladding of filling and gas stations, our company has managed to create the production capacity for the past 12 years of business which allows performing work in several regions of Russia simultaneously. During this period, over 2,000 filling and gas stations throughout Russia have been built.
LLC “Etalon-Reklama. Gaz station cladding and construction” is an official supplier of branded structures of the largest Russian oil companies: ROSNEFT, LUKOIL, TNK-BP, TATNEFT, SIBUR, Astrakhan Gazprom, TaifGazservis, etc.
In 2001-2002, we built and commissioned for Tyumen Oil Company 55 filling stations in six traditional sales regions of Russia: Kursk, Tula, Ryazan, Kaluga, Karelia, and Nizhnevartovsk.
In 2005-2006, the company performed the work on the development of corporate identity for NK RussNeft and fully completed the work on recladding of the network of 110 filling stations in Moscow over a year.
In 2004-2005, our company designed and built an independent retail network of EPetrol multifuel filling complexes in the Moscow region.
At the end of 2007, LLC “Etalon-Reklama. Gaz station cladding and construction” won the tender and performed the work on full recladding of the network of 80 filling stations into the new corporate identity (the developer is MinaleMasterBrand) for the largest Russian oil company ― ROSNEFT.
Until the end of 2008, in accordance with the signed contract, our company performed the work on recladding of the network of 30 filling stations in the Moscow region for LUKOIL Oil Company.
In 2009-2010, LLC “Etalon-Reklama. Gaz station cladding and construction” became an official supplier of components of corporate identity of JSC Gazprom Neft and started the work on rebranding of 100 company’s network facilities in the Central and Northwestern region.
COMPANY DEVELOPS ITS BUSINESS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
1. EXTERIOR CLADDING
Special attention is given to the quality of cladding materials used in facade operations at the filling stations. LLC “Etalon-Reklama. Gaz station cladding and construction” uses only the most up-to-date and high-quality materials of the best manufacturers in production.
Aluminium ― ALCOA, EuroMax and its European analogues (1.5-2.5 mm), painting ― high-temperature polyurethane acrylic enamel AKZO NOBELL ― SIKKENS (Germany) with at least 7-year guarantee against fading of paint coating; diffusing films 3M, Avery with the 7-year guarantee. Interior lighting of elements with LED produced by leading world manufacturers GeneralElectric, OSRAM, Nichia, etc is widely presented.
2. PROJECT DESIGN AND APPROVAL
ПFacility tying in to the existing land allocation is the initial and most important stage of development of a really architecturally perfect filling complex. Our specialists from the company’s own Design Department are ready to join these processes at the very early stages.
Design of facilities is carried out in AutoCad, which significantly reduces the production time and helps to make operational changes in drawings. The Project Approval Department promptly ensures the approval of design and estimate documentation as well as obtains all the necessary permits from municipal supervisory authorities to start the construction.
3. CONSTRUCTION
It combines a full range of work on erection of filling station buildings, metal structure shed over the fuel dispenser, supply and installation of process equipment (tanks, pipelines, fuel dispensers, control system, level gage). Packaged supply of the filling station building made of metal structures and prefabricated sandwich panels is possible. This technology allows erecting the building for 1.5-3 weeks after readiness of the basement. The building package consists of metal structures, roofing, internal partitions, aluminum frames with double glass, metal fire-protective doors. We produce and complete all the above components at our own production facility in the Moscow region.
Installation is carried out by our specialists in any region of Russia.
